Welcome to ICGHIT( International Conference on Green and Human Information Technology) 2013! We are pleased to hold the conference in Hanoi, Vietnam. Hanoi is the capital of Vietnam and a historical city as the capital for almost a thousand years. Vietnam is also a prospective country interested in information technology for industrial development and the improvement of quality of life for Vietnamese. We wish this conference provides opportunities to form international cooperation for developing IT in each country as well as to enhance technological level in the emerging area of IT. The conference especially focuses on green and human IT that is to improve human welfare and dignity, but not to threat the human characteristics and safety. Therefore, we are going to emphasize humanity as well as technology. We hope ICGHIT would be a platform to seek the advancement of IT enhancing human happiness.
